If you are presenting from an NHS location or with an NHS computer it may be, for security purposes, that you have a firewall in place that is preventing joining the conference.
If you can switch to a personal computer, now is the time, and try again.
Otherwise, contact the IT department, explain that you wish to present at a live conference and ask them to allow you access to this website. Most IT departments will do that.
Next, if you get an error message asking you to connect by using the browser, Chrome, you can do that here, is it free. Follow the onscreen instructions and login with us. It will take minutes.
